Do trinkets do anything in Wartales? ›

Their purpose is to be sold. Yes. Choice of the term "trinket" in this game is actually a bit confusing since most RPG players think of trinkets and stuff you equip your characters with such as rings and amulets and such. But here they are not, there just junk to sell off.

In battle you need to get a bandit to low health and have someone sneak behind them (while they are engaged) and select the capture icon from the skill bar. Then you have to keep them in camp with you and let them rest with you. Best to leave them near the campfire and put people with them.

In Wartales, you can respec your characters for 500 gold by visiting the Hired Goon NPC at the training grounds. Upon talking to the NPC, select the Respecialisation option at the bottom to respec your character. GameWatcher[www.gamewatcher.com] has a guide up for it.

For any other type of prisonner, you cant recruit him/her right away, he or she needs to gain your trust, either placing them in the camp besides other members, giving him good meals, placing guards (like wolves) besides him, building camp tools to keep prisonners without escaping until they can be recruited, etc.

You get them as part of the story quest (and then you can capture the 3 ghosts...but only for this quest). Otherwise you cannot capture ghosts. And, to clarify, you do not get to keep these captured ghosts after the quest ends. In essence, you cannot capture the ghost pack animals.

The odds of successfully tying a wounded animal down in Wartales will increase based on how low the target's HP is. There are no capture attempt limits, though, so feel free to keep trying. Captured animals will become party members of sorts.

One time usage per Battle. Force of Mind Corruption : Champion Class Unit can be captured.

They offer no additional bonuses to weapons and are purely cosmetic. The position and size of a trinket is dependent on the weapon it is equipped on.

You can put many things on it and still have the same weight on your backpack. it seems to be mainly to separate regular items from stolen items, or un needed items. I tend to forget using the chest , but you can put regular items in the chest if you want stolen items used first in crafting.

Simply put, Ghost Carcasses are used for crafting. If players have the right skills or camp equipment unlocked, they can turn these monster drops into edible Jerky or valuable White Leather. To make Jerky out of Ghost Carcasses, players must have a Drying Rack built in their camp.

What does the Broodmother trinket do? ›

The Broodmother Trinket is a tier 3 Trinket, obtained as a 1% chance drop or a 1/23 chance from stealing from the Hedge Broodmother boss. When equipped, its effect is giving all friendly player summons from Mutations and Status Effects a poison effect when hitting enemies.
